My Story

Transitioning to a new manager is one of the hardest jobs you’ll ever have.

What skills got you promoted won’t serve you in your new role.

The same type of orientation new employees get isn’t offered to new managers.

So what do you do?

I experienced leadership challenges in various roles and learned through trial and error.

And so will you.

But it’s much easier (and less stressful) with someone to provide guidance along the way.

Most of the blame is put on the top (executives) and bottom (frontline workers), but managers are the x-factor at companies.

Managers determine the turnover and retention rate in organizations singlehandedly.

If you want to retain top talent and keep people from leaving, you have to train your managers properly.

Soft skills are the tools that separate the bad from great managers.

I offer keynote talks, monthly workshops, and group/individual coaching for new managers.

I teach what schools, books, and online courses don’t.

Soft skills are the only differentiator from robots, automation, and AI taking your job.

They are not a luxury or “nice to have” item anymore - they are mandatory.

I cover topics such as: communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, public speaking, etc.

Don’t wait. The cost of doing nothing is high.
